Foals Jewellery

If there is one thing I love its good jewellery. I have never been in the financial position (yet) to talk diamonds but I did used to work amongst them a lot. When I was studying at London Collage of Fashion I worked part time for BVLGARI and have had a passion for beautiful jewellery and accessories ever since.

I have been lucky enough to work under a magnificent woman who has the most discerning eye in luxury fashion. I even went on to work with her after my time at BVLAGRI and sometimes went jewellery buying for her boutique. Nothing filled me with joy more than finding small independent jewellery designers that I could recommend and help gain business and awareness for them, not to mention the joy for my clients wearing something that isn't mass produced and has a personal touch.

With the rise of Instagram and my personal love/hate relationship with the platform, one of the things that I do love is the ability source and work with beautiful independent creatives and connect with them directly without the need of traipsing around trade shows around the world.

One of the brands I’ve discovered this year is FOALES. Janis Foale has the most wonderful collection of BOHO inspired jewellery and fashion accessories. I love it because it gives endless options to layer necklaces and keep going with the earrings because you can just keep going with this collection. It’s a perfect mix of sparkle, femininity and boho, you really could take this from the beach to dinner.

My favourite piece from the collection has to be the silver star earrings. They are perfectly weighted and designed to stay in all day and not move, other brands I’ve worn in the past tend to drop down and are difficult to wear. They are perfect for days when you want to wear and simple stud but still want to look on trend.

I absolutely love the Silver Cubic Zirconia Choker especially when layered with the Silver Clover Necklace, but to be honest the choker could be layered with almost anything from the website, its so chic but sexy, I love wearing it. You also have the benefit of it having an adjustable chain so you can wear it as a short necklace if you don’t want to wear it as a choker every time, this is WINNING when layering fine jewellery.

If you haven’t looked at the brand before hop over to the website and have a look. You wont be disappointed.
